Full Hypnobirthing Course
Cost £350 1:1 or £250 if taught in a group (maximum of three couples in my groups)
Approx 6-8 hours of tuition in 2 - 3 sessions (plus bonus postnatal coffee morning)
All participants of the full course receive a copy of the Little Birth Company client manual which contains all the supporting notes and material you need along with a small goody bag. You will also receive links to the MP3 recordings to listen to at home. All clients are encouraged to join our supportive facebook community too. I am also available by email or text anytime up to your birth for reassurance.
