Hypnobirthing Express Workshop

Cost £150 1:1 sessions only (Approx 3 hours plus bonus postnatal coffee morning)

This is ideal for anyone who has taken a hypnobirthing course before and wants a refresher, or who has taken other antenatal classes and wants to focus more on the hypnotherapy aspects of the course.

Also ideal for anyone running out of time, who wants a quick crash course.

A Hypnobirthing Express Workshop covers the key elements of the complete hypnobirthing course, and is delivered in around 3 hours.

If this is your first baby, or you have not taken any other antenatal classes, then I would recommend you opt for the full course, but of course this is totally your choice.

This workshop is usually delivered as a private class in my home, however I can come to you if you prefer. (travel expenses will be additional) However if you know of another couple who want to do the course and would like to double up then that is always an option.

What hypnobirthing actually is and how it can help you achieve a positive birth
How the mind and the body work together during birth Creating a positive birth environment
Guided relaxation practice
Massage techniques and other comfort measures
Planning for your birth and making decisions
Releasing fears and creating a positive mindset
